Project Update

We have submitted an application to request a rezoning of the property at 401 E Lakewood Ave. Following the virtual neighborhood meeting held on October 29, 2024, Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP will host an in-person meeting to further discuss the rezoning request on November 19, 2024, at 6 pm. The meeting will take place at St. Mark AME Zion Church, with the entrance located at 531 South Roxboro Street, Durham, NC 27701.

This meeting aims to keep local property owners informed about the proposed project and its potential impacts, as well as to gather resident input on the proposal.

Additionally, a second virtual meeting will be scheduled prior to the Planning Commission public hearing. Please stay engaged and visit this website for future updates.
