Project Update

We have submitted an application to request a rezoning of the property at 401 E Lakewood Ave. Following the virtual neighborhood meeting held on October 29, 2024, Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP hosted an in-person meeting to further discuss the rezoning request on November 19, 2024. The meeting took place at St. Mark AME Zion Church, at 531 S Roxboro Street, Durham, NC 27701. To learn more about the discussion, follow this link to the presentation.

The meeting intended to keep local property owners informed about the proposed project and its potential impacts, as well as to gather resident input on the proposal.

Additionally, a second meeting will be scheduled prior to the Planning Commission public hearing. Please stay engaged and visit this website for future updates.
