Project Update

We have submitted an application to request a rezoning of the property at 401 E Lakewood Ave. Following the virtual neighborhood meeting on October 29, 2024, the in-person meeting at St. Mark AME Zion Church on November 19, 2024, and the Design Open House on March 3, 2025, we will be facilitating a second virtual meeting on March 13, 2025 at 5 pm. The goal of the meeting is to keep the community informed about the proposed project, as well as to gather input on the proposal.
